Floors Are The First Thing To Go And The First Thing People Judge

Buff and wax for hard floors, plus grout cleaning, so tile and finished surfaces stay bright.

A hard floor does not fail suddenly. It dulls, it scuffs along the traffic lanes, the grout darkens a shade at a time, and one day the building reads as tired even though nothing is actually broken. Floor care is how you reset that, and how you stop it coming back.

What we do

  • Buff and wax. Restoring shine and protection to hard floors, so the finish works for you rather than wearing through.
  • Grout cleaning. Pulling the colour back out of tile grout lines, which is usually what makes a tiled floor look older than it is.

[TBD: does she do strip and re-wax, the full removal and rebuild of the finish, as well as buff and wax? They are different jobs at very different prices and this page should say.]

[TBD: carpet. Shampoo, extraction, anything? Not currently claimed anywhere on the site.]

[TBD: which floor types? Tile and VCT are the obvious ones from the work she has shown. Terrazzo, concrete, hardwood?]

Recent work

Lockhart Middle School, Orlando. Buff and wax.

Schools are the honest test of this service. A school floor takes more traffic in a week than most offices take in a month, the work has to happen inside a fixed window when the building is empty, and it has to be finished and safe before the first student walks in.

Scheduling around your building

Floor care is disruptive by nature, so the schedule is the job. We confirm site access, the working window and the point of contact before anything starts, and the work is planned around your operations.

For facilities already on a janitorial contract with us, floor care is usually layered in as periodic work rather than booked separately.

Every job closes with a quality inspection against the approved scope.
