After a construction project completes, a thorough cleaning makes the space ready for occupancy. Comprehensive service that leaves a new space spotless and free of debris.
This is the service general contractors call us for, and it is the one with the least margin for error, because the clean is the last thing standing between a finished building and a client walkthrough. Hogan Cleaning Services works to the project schedule, not around it.
Scope is set from the project plans and a walk of the site. Work usually covers:
Where a project runs in phases, we clean in phases, so finished areas do not sit collecting dust while the rest of the building is still live.
[TBD: does Hogan do rough and final cleans as separate phases, or final only?]
[TBD: does she carry her own certificate of insurance for construction sites, and can crews badge onto a controlled site?]
Windy Ridge, Orlando. Post-construction cleaning at the school.
[TBD: anything else she wants named here. Only Windy Ridge was supplied as a post-construction job.]
Every job closes with a quality-control inspection to verify that the approved scope has been completed. For project and construction cleaning, we can also coordinate a final walkthrough with the client or the project representative to address applicable punch-list items. That line is hers, and it is the part worth reading twice: the walkthrough is offered, not something you have to chase.
Before that, the job runs the same route as every other: request a quote, site walk and scope review, customized proposal, approval and scheduling, then the cleaning itself with a designated supervisor overseeing delivery, quality and communication.
Give us the project address, the square footage, the handover date and the phase you are in.
